We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Payroll Administrator who thrives on deadlines, handles sensitive information with care, and brings a calm, capable presence to a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where accuracy, discretion, and reliability are everything. You’ll lead payroll processing while lending key support to Accounts Payable making you a critical part of our finance team.

- Run commissions and ensure correct tax and benefit deductions.
- Ensure compliance with provincial and federal regulations.
- Maintain employee confidentiality at all times.
- Respond to payroll-related questions from employees, agencies, and auditors.
Employee Support & Coordination

What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who gets satisfaction from doing things right—and doing them on time. You take ownership of your work, notice the details others miss, and communicate clearly and calmly no matter the situation. You’re curious, team-oriented, and eager to grow your skills.
You’re the kind of person who:

- Keeps confidential information secure, always.
- Doesn’t get thrown off by numbers or pay data—stays focused and objective.
- Likes being part of a team and helping others succeed.

- 4+ years of payroll experience, ideally for 50+ employees across multiple provinces.
- PCP Designation (required).
- Currently living in Calgary
- Experience processing both hourly and salaried payroll.
