MC-Bauchemie Canada is seeking a proactive and hands-on Production Manager to lead the setup and operation of our new concrete admixture production facility in Ontario. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is instrumental in establishing the production infrastructure, creating and executing production plans, managing procurement of raw materials, and overseeing day-to-day operations—including supervising a production technician or other team members.
This is a unique opportunity to help build a plant from the ground up and shape the systems, culture, and processes of a growing organization in the construction chemicals industry.
