We have an immediate opening for a Pro Sales Representative in Quebec. The successful candidate will report to the National Pro Sales Manager.
This position is perfectly suited to a dynamic, sociable, organized, autonomous person who is willing to travel to meet clients.
Responsibilities:
· Visiting distributors, manufacturers, light industrial customers, hardware stores, tool and trade specialists, as well as OEM accounts, with the aim of not only maintaining, but also increasing sales for manufacturers represented by King Marketing in this region.
• Sell the represented products to wholesale distributors serving the professional, commercial and industrial sectors, and support these sales by working together with distributor representatives to promote growth.
• Actively prospect and solicit new clients.
• Present new product ranges, suggest and write orders, set up and maintain manufacturers' product displays.
• Conduct product training sessions for store staff, including "lunch and learn" sessions and demonstrations.
• Organize and conduct visits to construction sites and end users.
• Manage returns of defective goods.
• Work directly with the manufacturers represented, on the road, on construction sites, as well as via videoconference, telephone or email.
• Participate in trade shows, supplier fairs and customer events.
• Develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the territory: from head office to employees, managers and store owners.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Be willing to travel up to 25% of the time with overnight stays in the territory.
• Enter daily activities into an online reporting system.

Training
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- Ideally, the candidate should have experience in the wholesale sector, light industry or in a field related to power tools.
- Experience in a manual or technical trade would also be an asset.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable vehicle.
