Parking lot associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service, as they are often the first and last people to interact with customers. Their primary responsibilities include loading merchandise into customers' vehicles and managing shopping carts outside the store. Parking lot associates are also responsible for ensuring the front of the store and the parking lot are clean and safe. They spend the majority of their time outdoors and work in all types of weather.
