We are hiring an HR Generalist for our new Greenfield site in Little Rock, Arkansas. As an HR Generalist you will handle a variety of employee relations issues as well as continuous improvement activities and projects. This role will lead engagement and retention activities for their assigned employee groups. Must possess an ability to manage and interpret data for intelligent change and improvement throughout the site from a variety of sources. Increasing employee engagement and partnering with employees and managers to foster development will be key aspects of the role.

- Ensures employees adhere to HR policies and procedures in compliance with State and Federal law, corporate guidelines, and consistent manufacturing practices.
- Must have an ability to comfortably operate in ambiguity and in fast-paced and frequently changing environments.
- Must have the ability to quickly build relationships with both employees and managers and build trust to become a relied upon resource.
- Maintains good communication and a positive relationship with plant employees that promotes employee satisfaction and engagement. Works to resolve disputes by providing sound employee relations advice.
- Leads and completes investigations and provides recommended next steps and the necessary coaching and/or discipline in partnership with the management team.
- Completes required documentation and maintains pristine records associated with employee actions and concerns. Competence with HRIS systems and reporting is required.
- Supports plant management in recruiting by providing a sufficient stream of qualified candidates for exempt, non-exempt and hourly positions. Partners with recruiting team to optimize efforts.
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, payroll, leave management and other programs as assigned.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.

EXPERIENCE
We are looking for leaders with 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment and Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.

SALARY
Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually
The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual/sales bonus, in addition to the base salary.
