The Finance Rotational Program is a 12-month, full-time development experience designed to build the next generation of finance professionals at QXO.
Through three structured rotations across Treasury, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Accounting, associates gain meaningful, hands-on exposure to the core disciplines that drive QXO's financial performance. Associates contribute to real business work from day one. You will partner closely with finance and operational leaders, collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, and develop the financial acumen needed to support QXO's commercial and operational priorities.
The program combines on-the-job experience, targeted development, and a capstone project that gives you increasing responsibility over time. Associates who successfully complete the program are eligible for full-time placement in a finance role aligned to business needs, individual performance, and demonstrated career interests.
