Role Description:
The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Heidelberg, PA, responsible for overseeing all daily warehouse operations. This role manages receiving, storing, and delivering flooring materials and related products. The Warehouse Manager organizes warehouse layout, supervises staff, coordinates forklift and equipment use, and maintains a clean, safe working environment in line with company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess Forklift Operation skills, including safe operation of forklifts and related material-handling equipment, with applicable certifications preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable driving non-CDL box trucks and delivery vans.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior warehouse experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, along with problem-solving skills and attention to detail, are essential for success in this role.
