Role Overview
As a Roofing Project Manager at Stybek Roofing, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing multiple roofing projects from conception to completion. Your primary responsibilities will include project scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, roofing estimating, budget management, quality control, and client relationship management. Your challenge will be to grow the business and WOW our clients.
Responsibilities
Project Management
- Assign and manage projects to scope, develop schedules, and ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with General Contractors/owners to plan project start dates, site logistics, and project readiness.
- Oversee the handover/prestart of projects.
- Develop, review, and manage project budgets, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.
- Lead construction activities, ensuring adherence to time, cost, quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Review and develop contracts, manage RFIs, change orders, and contract documents.
- Assist Superintendents in coordinating materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
Roofing Estimating
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for roofing projects based on architectural drawings, specifications, and site assessments.
- Collaborate with Sales to secure aligned, high-value clients and contracts.
- Ensure that all estimates are aligned with company standards and profitability goals.
- Complete prequalification’s successfully.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and deep understanding of client needs.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, deliverables and timelines, ensuring alignment with their goals.

What you Bring
- 3+ years in a Project Manager and / or Estimating combined experience, preferably in the roofing industry.
- Graduate from a recognized architectural or engineering program, construction management an asset.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Jobba or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations.
