Role Description

We’re looking for a Field Sales Representative (FSR) to join our team and help grow our presence across retail locations and distribution partners. This is a full-time, field-based role focused on building strong relationships, driving product visibility, and supporting promotional execution.

You’ll be the face of AGT Products Inc. in the field, responsible for:

Monitoring and optimizing store inventory levels
Communicating promotions and product launches to retail locations
Providing product training and technical support to store staff
Cultivating sales growth through CRM tools and local networking
Executing all merchandising and displays at DIY stores
Attending Pro Days in store, promoting products to industry contractors, Pros and DIY'ers

Qualifications

2+ years of field sales, territory management, or retail account experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
Ability to work independently and travel within assigned territory
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Post Secondary diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

What we Offer:

Competitive base salary: $55,000 - $65,000
