As a Shift Supervisor you will be a driving force behind our Distribution Centre’s success, overseeing production across multiple areas and ensuring a smooth workflow. With exceptional communication and time management skills, you’ll provide frontline supervisory support that keeps our team moving forward. Led by the Shift Manager, this position will best suit a dynamic leader with a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Available:
Night shift: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00pm to 7:00am
Ready to make an impact in a new role? Here’s how:
- Ensure Team Member competency in Material Handling and safe operation of equipment including Team Member observations, support cross training initiatives and equipment certification as needed.
- Organizing and assigning work responsibilities to Team Members; effectively communicate all relevant information to ensure proper execution and to meet all necessary job requirements. Monitor production and activities regularly to ensure daily targets are met and resources are in place to achieve these targets.
- Maintain a high level of job satisfaction and safety awareness (following the guidelines of the Occupational Health and Safety Act), while maintaining a high level of morale and adapting a leadership style to the needs of Team Members.
- Provide support and coverage during Supervisor vacations or other leaves, including the need for overtime shifts when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
We’re looking for:
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of HH systems and computer programs, with the ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly.
- Effective leadership, organizational and communication skills with the ability to plan, obtain information, determine course of action, and follow through to successful resolution. Ability to assess and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Possess analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and make sound decisions, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and react to changing situations in a busy environment.
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekend shifts as needed attend supervisory training sessions, learn labor safety legislations and all aspects of distribution, while carrying out departmental and supervisory duties.
- First Aid, TDG, WHMIS and Forklift training required.
- The ability to be onsite 5 days a week at our Debert Dealer Support Centre, to accommodate the needs of the role.

- The expected starting salary range for this role is $56,500 - $74,100; the final offer will reflect relevant skills and experience.
