Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Toronto, ON. As a Sales/Business Development professional for Scaffolding at Proscaff Enterprises Inc., your responsibilities include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting scaffolding products and services. You will collaborate with the team to understand client requirements, deliver tailored solutions, and handle sales negotiations. Additionally, you will maintain records, track sales trends, and report on market insights to inform business strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and skills in Scaffolding systems and components
- Experience or certifications in Working at Height and Confined Space
- Proficiency in Fall Protection protocols and understanding of CSCS requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous sales or business development experience preferred
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying customer-specific solutions
