Premier Built Garages is Alberta’s largest detached garage builder, with over 6,000 garages completed across Edmonton, Calgary, and surrounding communities over the past 16+ years.
Today, we proudly partner with 19+ of the top home builders in Alberta, and those partnerships continue to grow as demand increases across both Edmonton and Calgary.
To support that growth, we’re looking for a Business Development & Customer Relationship Manager who can build strong client relationships, and support new opportunities. This is a relationship-driven role where you’ll work closely with builder partners and our internal teams to ensure every project delivers the level of service and professionalism Premier Built Garages is known for.
What You’ll Do
• Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients
• Convert inbound inquiries into happy customers
• Guide clients through the full process, from first contact to completed build
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals, partnerships, and outreach
• Act as the bridge between client expectations and our construction and operations teams
• Represent Premier Built Garages with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
• Help create an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire project journey
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Someone who naturally builds trust and connects with people
• Someone who takes ownership of results, not just activity
• Experience in construction, home services, or a related industry is considered an asset
