Askuity is a Toronto-based retail analytics software company operating as a division within The Home Depot (THD). Through our supplier analytics program, Askuity’s mission is to enable suppliers and merchants at The Home Depot to make profitable, data-driven decisions and drive real-time execution.
Reporting to the Director, Product Management, the Manager will be responsible for driving the visioning, strategic planning and roadmap execution for the flagship business intelligence solution used by suppliers and internal users of The Home Depot. The role will partner closely with design, data science and engineering leadership to continually drive innovation through high-quality product experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop product vision and strategy
- Work with senior leaders to align on business goals for our flagship business intelligence solution
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation, discovery, product development and release planning.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
Stakeholder management
- Partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, Customer Support, and Engagement teams to ensure product goals are aligned with organizational objectives and capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including customers, to gather insights, feedback, and requirements that inform product development and improvements.
- Define and execute the product marketing strategy working closely with the content team for onboarding new users and driving continual engagement of existing users.
Leadership
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the product management team. Provide mentorship and career development opportunities to Product Managers and business analysts encouraging innovation, accountability, and high performance.

Minimum Years of Work Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in product management.
