Role Description
We’re looking for a Field Sales Representative (FSR) to join our team and help grow our presence across retail locations and distribution partners. This is a full-time, field-based role focused on building strong relationships, driving product visibility, and supporting promotional execution.
You’ll be the face of AGT Products Inc. in the field, responsible for:
- Monitoring and optimizing store inventory levels
- Communicating promotions and product launches to retail locations
- Providing product training and technical support to store staff
- Cultivating sales growth through CRM tools and local networking
- Executing all merchandising and displays at DIY stores
- Attending Pro Days in store, promoting products to industry contractors, Pros and DIY'ers
Qualifications
- 2+ years of field sales, territory management, or retail account experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently and travel within assigned territory
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Post Secondary diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
What we Offer:
- Competitive base salary: $55,000 - $65,000
