At Porcea Stone, we set the standard for outdoor porcelain and natural stone across North America. Our Porcea Elite Collection, crafted in Italy, is trusted by landscape contractors, dealers, architects, and builders who expect the best. We're looking for a driven, French-fluent Account Executive to help us grow the Quebec market. This territory runs in French. You'll be presenting to contractors on job sites, walking dealers through product specs, and closing deals in French every day. English matters too — our team, systems, and product documentation are English-first, so you'll need to be professionally comfortable operating in it.
If you've spent time in a role where you had to learn a technical product inside and out — whether that's building materials, industrial supplies, mechanical systems, or something else entirely — and you loved the challenge of translating that knowledge into client relationships and closed deals, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do:
- Own and grow a portfolio of dealer, contractor, and design firm accounts across Quebec.
- Prospect new business through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person visits.
- Host product presentations and lunch & learns with clients to drive brand awareness and educate on product applications.
- Prepare material estimates, interpret project plans, and advise clients on product selection for their specific job site conditions — you'll be trained on this, but you need to be the kind of person who's comfortable getting technical.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through to order, navigating timelines that can stretch weeks or months.
- Act as the voice of the Quebec market internally — relaying customer feedback, competitive intel, and regional needs back to a head office team that works in English.
- Support new product launches and contribute to special projects as the company scales.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent French — spoken and written. This is non-negotiable. You'll be selling, presenting, negotiating, and writing to clients in French primarily.
- Professional working English. You'll use it daily with our internal team, in our CRM, and across product documentation. Full fluency is ideal; comfort and confidence is the minimum.
- Someone who has worked in a technically complex product or service environment and had to develop real expertise to do their job well. Examples: building materials, HVAC, landscaping supply, industrial distribution, engineering services, manufacturing — but we're open-minded if you can show the depth.
- Strong communicator with the confidence to be on the phone and in front of clients daily. A crisp, professional presence matters here.
- 2+ years of success in B2B sales, account management, or a client-facing technical role. Pure technical backgrounds (e.g., estimators, project coordinators, landscape technicians) looking to move into sales are also a strong fit.
- Persistent, organized, and comfortable with long sales cycles and CRM discipline.
- This is a fairly "on road" sales position. You'll need a vehicle for client meetings across the territory.
Compensation:
- Base + commission structure. OTE $95,000–$120,000/year (base + commission). You'll be rewarded well if you perform — this is a company that's scaling fast and wants to invest in people who drive results.
