What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will report directly to the VP of Sales and work closely with Regional Sales Management on strategic projects and initiatives. This role bridges the gap between data insights and sales execution, providing an exceptional opportunity to influencedecision-making, improve operational effectiveness, and gain exposure to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Partnership: Work directly with the VP of Sales on strategic initiatives, executive reporting, business planning, and special projects that support organizational growth.
- CRM Usage & Development: Manage and optimize our internal CRM infrastructure, including user adoption, dashboard design, workflow customization, and data rationalization.
- Process & Data Optimization: Evaluate sales processes and champion CRM data quality through audits and standardization to increase efficiency, consistency, and integrity.
- Analytics & Forecasting: Analyze performance trends, margins, and regional activity while maintaining forecasting models to assist leadership in predicting revenue and evaluating targets.
- Reporting & Strategic Insights: Develop recurring KPIs and executive dashboards, transforming complex data into actionable recommendations for territory planning, pricing, and resource allocation.
- Sales Partnership & Enablement: Act as a trusted partnerto Regional SalesManagers on territory analysis, while creating standardized tools and templates to drive organizational productivity.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and IT to align systems, reporting, and strategic initiatives across departments.
- Strategic Projects & Market Intelligence: Research industrydevelopments and competitor activity while leading cross-functional initiatives related to sales technology and operational excellence.
What You Bring:
- Recent post-secondary graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in an analytical, sales support, or corporate operations environment.
- Advanced spreadsheet and data analysisskills with a strong analytical mindset with a natural curiosity for solving problems.
- Technical aptitudeto navigate and optimize CRM databases and workflows
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for reporting, charting, presentations, and communications.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Torontowith approximately 15% travel.
