As a small but ambitious team, we’re looking for a creative and driven professional to help us grow our brand presence, engage our audience, and support sales through impactful marketing.
The Role
We’re hiring a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to manage our digital marketing and social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical — comfortable creating engaging content, running campaigns, and tracking results. You’ll work closely with our sales and management team to tell our story, promote our products, and drive growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow our presence on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, photos, videos, blogs)
- Support digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
- Monitor and report on engagement, reach, and ROI of campaigns
- Update website content and optimize for SEO
- Design marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, case studies)
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing with business goals
- Assist with trade show/event marketing and email campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media management
- Strong content creation skills (copywriting, graphics, video editing)
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut
- Understanding of digital advertising and SEO basics
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a small team
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or B2B marketing
- Photography and videography skills
- Knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms
