The annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $68,000 CAD. Your base salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
Your future team :
You will become part of the Customer Services team and will be reporting to the Customer Service Operations Manager.
What you will do :
- Each day brings new challenges and opportunities, but a typical day may entail : Processing customer orders and inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
- Recording, processing and responding to all customer requests and concerns Running daily and weekly reports to track accurate execution of customer orders.
- Liaising with several members of supply chain to see each order from submission to delivery.
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations to meet or exceed predetermined KPI’s
- And above all, take pride in relationship building to set our customers and ROCKWOOL up for continued success.
- This role is 100% on-site, with coverage required for 1–2 statutory holidays per year.
- Standard hours are 9 :30 am to 6 :00 pm, once fully trained.
What you bring :
- You have a rock-solid customer service / Supply Chain background with 3-5 years’ experience managing orders via SAP
- Graduated from a post-secondary institution in business, communications or an equivalent field
- The successful candidate is organized, takes initiative and is passionate about exceptional customer service
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Power Point and Excel ROCKWOOL North America is a growing business and we’re looking for someone who’s willing to grow with us
- Bilingual (French) would be an asset.
