Compensation Range
$60,000 - $75,000

The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants to build — not just post.
Our brand is growing quickly, and social media is one of the most important levers for awareness, engagement, and trust. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our organic social presence and turn it into a consistent, high-performing channel.
You will be responsible for creating content that performs, building an engaged community, and translating business priorities into content that feels relevant, timely, and native to each platform.
This is an execution-first role. You won’t be handed a perfect plan — you’ll be expected to figure things out, test quickly, and continuously improve.
What You’ll Be Doing
Content Creation & Execution (40%)
- Own organic social content end-to-end — from concept to filming, editing, and posting
- Create short-form video and static content tailored to Instagram and TikTok
- Translate business priorities (product storytelling, launches, social proof) into high-performing content
- Stay on top of trends and adapt them to align with the Fittes brand
- Produce high-quality content using in-house tools (primarily iPhone), with strong attention to lighting, audio, framing, and pacing
- Maintain a consistent content pipeline
Community Engagement & Growth (40%)
- Engage daily with the community — responding to comments, messages, and conversations in a consistent, on-brand voice
- Build relationships with customers, creators, and advocates
- Identify and amplify user-generated content (UGC)
- Monitor sentiment and engagement patterns and apply insights
- Participate in relevant conversations and cultural moments
Performance & Optimization (10%)
- Track content performance and engagement trends
- Use data to inform what to continue, stop, and test next
- Experiment with new formats, platforms, and creative approaches
Collaboration & Culture (10%)
- Partner with internal teams to support campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives
- Contribute to a high-accountability, low-ego team environment
- Communicate clearly, take feedback well, and follow through
You’re a Good Fit If You:
- Have 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media, content creation, or community management
- Have a strong portfolio of content that performed (not just looked good)
- Spend significant time on Instagram and TikTok and understand how content spreads
- Are highly proactive and self-directed
- Are comfortable with fast feedback and quick iteration
- Can balance creativity with structure and execute consistently
- Understand that content drives business outcomes, not just views

- Canva, CapCut, or similar tools (Expert)
- Social scheduling platforms (e.g., StatusBrew) (Advanced)
