STONEarch and Porcea Stone are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Architectural Sales Support professional to assist with commercial and architectural projects across Ontario.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, organization, project coordination, and working within the architecture, construction, landscape architecture, or building materials industry.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting ongoing projects, coordinating with clients, preparing quotations, organizing project information, following up with architects and contractors, and helping move projects from inquiry through completion.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send quotations to architects, contractors, designers, and dealers
- Follow up on outstanding quotes, samples, and active projects
- Review architectural drawings, project information, and client emails to summarize key details for pricing and internal review
- Coordinate sample requests and product information packages
- Schedule meetings, calls, and presentations with clients
- Maintain and organize project pipelines and CRM records
- Communicate project requirements and timelines with architects, contractors, landscape architects, and builders.
- Assist with specification requests and technical documentation
- Help manage commercial project opportunities and bid tracking
- Coordinate internally with the operations, logistics, and sales teams
- Assist with presentation materials, product binders, and client follow-up communications
- Support ongoing business development initiatives within the commercial and architectural market
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Professional email and phone communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable reviewing drawings, plans, and construction-related documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM systems is considered an asset
- Experience in architecture, construction, landscape architecture, interior design, stone, porcelain, or building materials industries is preferred
- Experience with estimation software is preferred
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Positive, professional, and client-focused attitude
Preferred Experience:
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
- Architectural or construction sales support
- Commercial project coordination
- Landscape architecture or architectural firms
- Building materials, stone, porcelain, or hardscape products
- Reading architectural drawings and specifications
